What we collect: When you check in, sign a waiver, sponsor an event, or request a demo, we collect the information you provide (such as name, email, phone, and event details) and basic technical data (such as a hashed IP address used to prevent duplicate counts).
How we use it: To run the event you are attending or organizing, to deliver check-in and sponsor reports to organizers, and to respond to your inquiries. Sponsor and donation links route to third-party services (e.g., Zeffy, Stripe); their handling of your information is governed by their own policies.
Data sharing: We do not sell your personal information. Event data is available to the event organizer and to XPI Solutions as the platform operator.
Retention: Event data is retained for the event cycle and is deletable on the organizer's request.
