Use of the service: EventVault provides event check-in, schedules, waivers, sponsor placement, and payment/donation links. Waivers collected through the platform are acknowledgments and do not replace independent legal review.
Payments: Donations and purchases are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Zeffy, Stripe) and go directly to the organizer. XPI Solutions does not hold funds and is not responsible for third-party processing.
Sponsorships: Sponsor fees, placement, and offers are arranged between sponsors and the event organizer. Engagement figures (views and clicks) are provided as-is.
Liability: The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, XPI Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
